  1. Dear Julia,
I have very much enjoyed the Homestead Radio Hour when my work schedule allows, and thought your listeners would be interested in the “Farm to Film Festival” that will take place at the State Theatre in Auburn on October 2 and 3.
This 2 day event focuses on the latest trends and ideas on farming and sustainable communities, featuring films, panel discussions, local speakers and delicious tastings! This event is sponsored PlacerGROWN, Placer County Dept. of Agriculture, Placer Co. Visitors Center, Real Food Catering, and Gaia’s Basket.
There is more detail on films and schedule of events at our website LiveFromAuburn.com. Sorry, I would attach here if I know how!
Hope you see you at that event, and at the Farmers’ Market with your delicious pears!
    Sincerely,
    Lia Carotta
